Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 August 2026

A Privacy Policy covers data handling — it isn't designed to limit your legal liability as the app's owner. That protection belongs here, in Terms of Use. This is a generic template covering the standard bases (no warranty, limitation of liability, acceptable use, IP, purchases). As with the Privacy Policy, this is not a substitute for a solicitor's review — no template can guarantee zero liability, since UK/EU consumer law prevents fully excluding liability in some situations (e.g. negligence causing injury, statutory consumer rights). A short review from a solicitor before launch, especially once real payments are involved, is the only way to be confident this fits your situation.

By accessing or using Letraflux (the "game"), whether via our website or the Android app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use Letraflux.

1. Using Letraflux

Letraflux is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to misuse the game — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it beyond what's permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

2. Age requirements

Letraflux is intended for a general audience aged 12 and over. If you are under the age required by law in your country to agree to these terms without a parent or guardian, please have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

3. Intellectual property

The Letraflux name, logo, design, and all original game content are owned by us. You're welcome to play, screenshot, and share your results (including via the in-game share feature), but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative products from the game itself without permission.

4. Purchases

Any in-app purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking themes) made through the Android app are processed by Google Play Billing and governed by Google Play's Terms of Service, including their refund policies. We do not directly process or store payment information.

5. No warranty

Letraflux is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) Letraflux, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to Letraflux shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection law that applies to you.

7. Third-party services

Letraflux uses third-party services (currently Google, for advertising, analytics, and in-app payments). We aren't responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

8. Changes to the game or these terms

We may update Letraflux or these Terms of Use at any time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we make material changes. Continuing to use Letraflux after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Confirm this matches where the business is legally based before publishing.]
